If you are interested in moving forward, you may complete the Prospective Patient Registration form via the link below to request a 60-minute Initial Telemedicine Consultation with Dr. Stephen J. Hilgers.  This Prospective Patient Registration is a request for an Initial Telemedicine Consultation with Dr. Hilgers, which may or may not be accepted based on the information provided and whether our programs will be a good fit for you.  Once your Prospective Patient Registration form is completed you will receive an invitation to join our Patient Portal where you will find additional instructions, required practice forms, and a Prospective Patient Questionnaire that will need to be completed and reviewed.  Plan for at least 1 hour to complete and review all forms.

Once this information is completed, you can expect a response within 3 to 5 business days regarding additional information pertaining to your Initial Telemedicine Consultation request.

For this consultation, a non-refundable Initial Telemedicine Consultation fee of $249 is required and will be due once the consultation with Dr. Hilgers is scheduled.  Due to high demand and limited availability, this Initial Telehealth Consultation fee ensures that only serious patients move forward.

Please keep in mind that only individuals who currently reside in the State of Texas can apply for telemedicine services with Dr. Stephen J. Hilgers (including the Initial Telehealth Consultation), and telemedicine visits need to be conducted within the State of Texas.

During your Initial Telemedicine Consultation, Dr. Hilgers will assess your health concerns and based on your individual case, Dr. Hilgers will recommend a True Health Matters telemedicine program – either the True Health, True Cycle, or True Fertility telemedicine program (for an individual or a couple). Please keep in mind that Dr. Hilgers does not accept every case for further telemedicine care following an Initial Telemedicine Consultation, because our programs need to be a good fit for you and your individual case.

For a prospective patient seeking fertility assistance, and in a relationship, it is highly recommended that the couple (both individuals) be present for the Initial Telemedicine Consultation.

Our True Health Matters (True Health, True Cycle, and True Fertility) telemedicine program terms span 4-6 months.  Most of our patients come to us with long-standing, complex issues.  The goal of this phase is to establish a solid foundation for healing – please keep in mind that deep-rooted issues take time to address, and immediate symptom resolution is not to be expected.

After completing your initial program, we offer a True Member plan to help maintain and optimize your progress and continue your health journey.  Dr. Hilgers will recommend a membership level that best suits your ongoing needs.
